Soup de Jour
Onion garlic celery carrot, chopped and simmered for 30 mins in water, then pureed Roast a yellow summer squash for 30 mins, cut that into chunks. Slice up some fresh basil, add salt and pepper to taste, and simmer that for another 15 mins. Top with fresh basil and black pepper.
